Genna & Associates has been in business for more than 25 years. With the combined experience of the attorneys that make up the Genna & Associates Legal Team we now handle cases involving family law, criminal, personal injury / auto accidents / slip & fall, wrongful death, medical malpractice, probate / estates / wills / trusts, real estate, business and corporate law, tax litigation and general civil litigation.

        Over the last year we have been working hard at updating and upgrading our office to bring it squarely into the 21st century. In doing so, this will allow us to effectively supply our clients with the best legal services possible.

        We have recently brought onboard the Genna & Associates Legal Team two additional attorneys, Mr. William Koontz and Mr. Michael Day.  With each of their added skills and experience, they assist in allowing Genna & Associates to offer to the public even more areas in the practice of law with even more specialized skills and experience.

      In order to better serve all of Oregon, we have teamed with attorney Michael Day to be able to offer our services in the Portland Metro area. Michael Day primarily maintains the Portland location, but our branching out in this way allows us to be able to provide our clients with a comfortable and professional place to be able to meet and handle cases when outside our general practice area of Lane County where our Cottage Grove Offices exist.
