Attorney at Law

      Michael Day is the newest addition to the Genna & Associates Legal Team.  Michael served in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller from 1989 to 1994. Thereafter, he attended the University of Oregon and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor degree in business.  He was accepted into the University of Oregon School of Law where he graduated in 2003 earning his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.  Immediately upon passing his bar exam, Michael opened his own firm in Portland where he has been successfully practicing law for the past three years.

      Michael Day has now joined forces with Genna & Associates as an associate attorney, allowing us to branch out our offices and better serve our clients. As an Associate of the Genna & Associates Legal Team, Michael now offers his specialty services here in our Cottage Grove Offices, and is available also in Portland.

      We welcome Michael Day to the Genna & Associates Legal Team and are confident that having him as a part of our firm will help to provide our clients with diversified professional and specialized representation in matters involving business law, bankruptcy and family law which are the primary focuses of Michael's practice.
