Paralegal

Always having had the goal to become an attorney herself, Lindsey approached the firm at the age of only sixteen with the request to be allowed to volunteer around the office so that she could learn about the legal field and the industry from the "ground up", prior to committing herself to that course of study in college.

After a few months of assisting around the office, Lindsey was hired on as the receptionist.  After having her foot in the door and graduating high school, she began taking the legal assistant classes offered through Lane Community College and in the mean time, continuing to learn “hands on” from the other paralegals and attorneys that were in the office at that time.  All of this experience has effectively allowed her to work her way up from receptionist to legal assistant.  Lindsey has been assisting the lawyers in the firm for six years now and continues with her studies with the ultimate goal of one day becoming a part of the Genna & Associates Legal Team as an associate attorney herself.

In the mean time, Lindsey maintains the position of Legal Assistant/Paralegal and Office Manager.  Lindsey has proven and continues to display a genuine passion for the field of law.  We have all been impressed by her desire to learn and her quest for ways to improve and promote our firm.

Lindsey is also very active in the community currently coaching kindergarten soccer and playing on a local adult volleyball team.  She also was previously the Director of the Queen's Court for the Western Oregon Exposition for two years.  Lindsey has proven to be an indispensable asset to our company and we enjoy having her as part of our team.
